My SMP is too fast.

Hi,
I have a SMP Chronometer self-winding watch. I bought in December. Two weeks later I found my watch was 30 seconds faster than my Atomic clock per day. I sent to Omega repair center. They sent it back to me in late Feburary. Now it has been more than a week. My watch is still around 20 to 30 seconds faster than regular time. I called Omega repair center. They said I have send in my watch again. For the previous fix, they couldn't access the data. Therefore, "Let's do it again." Now, I was wondering since I follow their instruction to maintain the watch why my watch is still inaccurate. Can anyone give me some suggestion?

Thanks,
Michael
