Servic Nightmare, worse than yours!

Hey guys, just want to inform you that if you think you can trust the Service Center iN PA, be aware. I bought a brand new 2531.80 from an authorized dealer. One day after i recieved it i noticed a piece of lint inside the crystal. I was very very upset, and had already removed all the stickers and labels so couldn't return it.

Thinking the service center could help i sent the watch out. They were very nice and removed the piece but when it returned there were scratches on the braclet!!!!!! I never even wore the watch outside yet and not even around my house. There were no scratches on the braclet before and they deny that they put them there. Just be careful guys, these people are supposed to be proffesionals and are supposed to know what they are doing, I think not.

They will not replace it, they want me to send it back again so they can polish it out! yeah right,I am so afraid if i send it back something else will happen. So be careful.

By the way the guy that helped me out, or put the scratches on my watch is JOE SABOL and he is the manager there.
