Omega serial numbers are not coded sequences of patterns that you could interpret.

The only solution is to contact Omega and have them look it up as described in the Chronocentric sertion "Tell Me About My Omega" in the OMEGA section.

Fromthat they can tell the date of manufacture. But they can only give you the country of destination--from that point, Omega HQ has no way to track how the distributors and resellers send the watches out to individual dealers.
