I bought it brand new from an authorized dealer. It has a full warranty and I am still within the store's return policy timeframe. I wanted to do a little investigating with the experts here in this discussion forum before I went back to the store. I didn't get the impression that the people at this store were true watch experts or more importantly Omega experts. It is more of a jewelery store than anything else. That's why I came here. Hopefully someone here can add more comments. Thanks
