Re: mental check
In Response To: mental check ()

I also have the Sea Chronograph and it does make a windy noise, not very loud though. I'd say its about loud as a someone breathing. Mine is however, fast in the 1 to 1.5 sec range perday. Still with COSC standards like yours. Warmest reagards, Louis

: I purchased my Seamaster Pro chronograph two weeks ago. I can't hear the
: watch wind during the day, (at work etc.) but when I'm home sitting at a
: quiet desk, the winding is rather loud and doesn't sound as smooth as I
: would think. It's keeping great time (-1 or 2 sec. per day) so I don't
: think anything is wrong, but it has me curious. I'm new to automatics, so
: I'm hoping someone else has a Seamaster Chronograph and can let me know if
: theirs has the same winding characteristics as mine.

: Great site. Judging from the Seamaster responses on other watch forums, The
: Seamaster Pro is one popular watch. (or is it because I own one?) Thanks,
: Gene
