I'm afraid that it is not possible as there are no small adjustable holes on the clasp. The slightest adjustment possible is to add or remove the half link.

Frankly speaking, I am experiencing the very same trouble. I'm trying to eat more and more and use my left arms to carry things in hope that it will be a little bit bigger. :)
