Watch ID and Information Request

Many years ago, a relative gave me an Omega watch which I wore for a few years and quit wearing because it was too bulky. I discovered it the other day in a drawer and wondered if it (a) was worth restoring and (b) had any value. It is a day/date Deville Chronometer with the legend "electronic 300hz" below the name Omega and the logo. The watch and bracelet have a gold finish and the face is a light color (bone white?) with what can best be described as slightly darker abstract vertical stripes. The case is about 1 cm thick and 3.5 cm in diameter. Can anyone tell me anything about this watch? Thanks.
