that is the catalog pic of the 2589.30. the dial is in fact silver and NOT white. the subdials are white. that being said....in sunlight it can appear white with silver subdials. it's a wonderful watch and one i've been enjoying since 9/04. big, heavy with a great feel to it.

it's a 1000 piece special edition made for the US market only. do note it's not numbered (x/1000) thus not a "true" limited edition piece...meaning omega could make more with a slight change down the road. it's got a 3303 inside and was released in mid 2004.

here's a few pic's of mine under different lighting to give you and idea of the "looks" it can have.
