How do I remove a Dynamic movement?

Hello Guys,
I am a fan of the oval 1960s/70s Dynamic and have recently obtained the correct "Tool 107" to remove the crystal. I have now removed the crystal - no problem - but how do I remove the crown/stem in order to remove the movement???? Your help and advice would be appreciated. Jack
