FS: Rolex 16710 U GMT Master II Holes Case Tritium Coke Box

For sale is a near mint condition 40mm stainless steel Rolex GMT Master II. The 16710 is an early U serial, circa approximately late1997 to early 1998, and is not accompanied by any papers. The Rolex features a brushed steel case, which is accented by a bidirectional GMT bezel that is set with a black and red “Coke” bezel insert. The GMT Master is mounted on a 78790 brushed steel Oyster bracelet, which is secured by a safety lock clasp. Furthermore, the bracelet’s clasp code “Z8” corresponds to a production in late 1997, which means the bracelet is most likely original to the watch. The Oyster bracelet contains 12 full size links, will comfortably fit a 7.5 inch wrist, and contains little stretch, would rate it 90 % plus. The Rolex features a black dial with applied white gold surrounded tritium coated hour markers, polished white gold tritium coated hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. A fun fact about the dial is that the tritium lume still contains a faint amount of glow, thus meaning the watch’s new owner will get to witness the dial’s patina transformation journey. The movement used in the 16710 is the Rolex caliber 3185, which features approximately 50 hours of power reserve and was COSC certified. Overall the Rolex is in excellent condition, with the only visible imperfection being a faint mark on the bezel inset at 18.

Shall deliver with a 15 month in house warranty on the movement for $10,250.

All items come with a 7 day ‘no questions asked’ return period- will issue 100% refund as long as the timepiece is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped out.
