Charles, hopefully your answer didn't cause me major harm. But I am a bit disapointed by the situation on the vintage Heuer market. It seems there are quite a few "fakes" and Franken-heuers out there and that's sad.

Bruce, I agree it is a very nice watch with a nice movement. The funny thing is that, despite being a Heuer fan, I would more easily buy it if it had no name on it than having a "fake" Heuer logo ;-)

PS: Bruce, do you have any relation with Bruce Mackie, the founder of Mackie company that produces sound consoles?
