Show us Some Real Ones!!

Guys:

with so many postings lately about fakes, frauds, franken-heuers, and other fishy watches, it left me wanting to post this photo of the one that I am wearing today.

It's nothing super fancy or super rare, but:

  • it is genuine

  • it has not been re-finished, re-painted, re-stored, re-touched or re-anythinged -- yes, sometimes those scratches can actually be re-assuring!!

  • it looks great (in my humble opinion)

  • it may have been made by Heuer for Aristo (research still pending on this point)

  • it runs well
  • it was relatively inexpensive
  • the gentleman who sold it to me was an absolute pleasure to deal with (thanks Todd)

so pull out your camera or scanner over the weekend, and show us something that you like . . . soemthing that is real.

add it to this thread, and let's see some of the timepieces that makes us Heuer enthusiasts. after all, this is more fun than the detective work.

have a great weekend,

Jeff
