I doubt the case is genuine but I can say with confidence, the movement in question is definitely not Heuer. In the 40’s Heuer used three, two-register calibres, the 13 ligne Landeron 13, the 13 ligne Valjoux 23, and the 14 ligne Valjoux 22. All of these calibres were highly finished and included a gold chronograph train. Further, both Valjoux calibres were fitted with the trademark Heuer chronograph bridge. The movement in the suspect watch has neither gold chronograph train nor Heuer chronograph bridge.
