Decided to get the ESQ
In Response To: Getting what you pay for... ()

I doubt Timex are real good watches :). A $100 Timex is no where near the craftmanship I saw on this ESQ piece. I have ownned a couple $50 Timex watches and they all have give me wrong time (they have been returned to Timex for repair) and the quality of materials reall suck..plastic looking bracelet. Plastic/glass watch face. Not something I would spend $100 on.

The ESQ seems to be the best in the price range for $100-$200 for a decent swiss watch. Swatch was also on my list, but I don't like their designs. I did not choose the Movado knock off cause I saw a couple knock offs used by friends and they are already tarnishing, and the crystals are pathetic and incase the watch malfunctions I can't send it for reapair.

ESQ seems to offer pretty good performance and look and feel for the money. I liked the Citizen watches too but too me they seem overly priced for being a Japanese watch.

Thanks for all the help !! :)
