I just got a gift watch Patek Philippe from a relative and i am embarrased to ask if the watch is genuine or fake. can you help.? the watch is mechanical and has a 24 hour dial and a winding dial. the back has a glass cover and you can see the mechanical wrokings of the watch. it keeps accurate time. it does look thiker than it should be. it has a serial No: 5ATM No.438 stamped on the back. the 24 hour dial does not appear to be working or is not accurate. the watch did not have any certificate.
any helpful suggestions are appreciated.
regards
