DO NOT BUY WATCH WITH DIALAWATCH LTD. - THEY SCAM PEOPLE FOR MONEY - FRAUD IN BIG SCALE !!!!!!
As a result of manipulative and direct erroneous confirmations, delays and obvious lies from Dialawatch Ltd. over a period of 1-2 month, order has been cancelled and replaced by request for full refund. BUT THEY DONT PAY MONEY BACK. After searching and google internet there is lots of adequate information to confirm that they are doing illegal business practices and scams people for money by not delivering what is ordered - and even not pay the refund - as promised. It seems obvious that this company is engaged in economic crime that is subject to civil liability and criminal prosecution.
For financial, moral and principled reasons it is necessary to warn people – such that they avoid being fraud by this man and his company Dialawatch Ltd. Such case need to be dealt that the judicial and legal to be held accountable for their actions disloyal and illegal business practices.
On this matter I have reported Dialawatch Ltd. to the police and to Action Fraud. I also consider reporting fraud to the Companies House and the Companies Investigations Branch. The goal is to take legal action and sanctions against both Dialawatch Ltd and chairman as an individual. There is a defined goal to stop this financial crimes directed against innocent victims of his bad morals and illegal and reprehensible business practices. As part of the reporting it will be needed to require investigation by both the company Dialawatch Ltd and chairman. It will also set forth proposals on the issue of judicial ruling on the arrest of bank accounts, closure of the web page www.dialawatch.co.uk and audit of his business, his business methods and his transactions and fraud by people. As additional evidence there will be collected information from the internet about him and his business practices - and recommended that chairman be subject to quarantine from conducting business for several years. In addition this matter are sent to Watchdog Series at BBC one.
