I'm not sure if I am going to be banned for 6 months for posting a photo of a casio on this forum (Chuck, please be lenient), but you have to admit, however waterproof your Autavia (or Seamaster or whatever) is, and however beat up it is, it does not makes sense to wear it when you are surfing or building sand castles. I think a g-shock is a better tool watch in those circumstances. Besides I am the one who posted "Ipecac d'Horologe": 8-o..........
I have always been a strong advocate of using an appropriate watch for "high-risk" endeavors, you need never fear posting a G-Shock or Timex Ironman here as far as I'm concerned.
