You are 100% right. My mistake, I never looked really clearly.

When I read "beige" I imagined a faded white bezel, but I guess that is not what you had in mind.

But I looked closely at the bezel and you are right it is not gold metallic coloured, it is a yellowy-brown-beige colour. Which matches the dial nicely, but is not gold.

If I get a chance I'll take pics later as I have the dial and bezel loose so you can really see the difference.

Thanks for clarifying that. I'll remembered never to argue over gold with a pirate again ;-)
