: take a Chronomatic dial, that was in the wrong case, with the

: yourself exactly what the watch is? In this instance, perhaps
: it's a Chronomatic dial, subsequently fitted with period-correct
: (or at least period-close) parts. I'm not sure how much the
: fully informed collector would pay for this collection of pieces
: / parts.
: My guess is that a correct, all-original Chronomatic Carrera would
: sell in the $25,000 to $30,000 range. To my recollection we have
: seen fewer than six of these, over the last 10 years. So we
: don't have a lot of data on the comparables. These are truly
: rare.
