Hello everyone
I just wanted to thank everyone for the feedback. I was worried that my first Heuer chrono wasn't the real deal.
Like you guys mentioned I looked between the lugs and found the case number to be 11630. I also looked at the comparison page on Viceroy Autavias and it appears that my case is the deep version from Schmitz. I have also checked out the movement and it is a cal 12. It looks like the lever that resets the chrono is missing. Explains why it doesn't work. Anyway I took a photo of the movement and tried to get a photo of the top edge of the case, but couldn't. The problem is that when I take a photo it shows up with a sharp edge, almost exactly like the ones in the photos on On the Dash. Maybe when I look at the photos on the internet thats what I'm seeing.
Once again thanks everyone.
