I believe that the movement is a Valjoux 5. We see "Heuer-Leonidas" marked on the movement, so that tells us that it is from 1964 or later. I believe that the Reference number would be 1101; perhaps it would be called Reference 1101T (with the "T" indicating that it has a Tachymeter scale on the dial.
In terms of the value, if it's in nice cosmetic condition with the movement operating properly, I would expect to see the price in the $750 to $1,000 range.
