yes it definitly looks like the 45, but without flange ("réhaut" in french ;-). Someone has already seen one like that ?

The white dial model I included a picture of, is the same model as the Black dial you pointed to, the only difference is the dial color. It's the same thing. So the answer is yes. We've seen one (I know I've seen several) like that.

You might want to do a Carrera 45 search here in the discussion forum, I think someone has posted pictures of their Carrera 45 at some point in the past.
