Poor man's Autavia? *PIC*

I just bought this watch, it looks exactly like a Heuer Autavia Reference 1563, what I find unusual is that in the inside of the back cover there is clearly marked Heuer Leonidas S A with a kind of erase markings and all the Bulova markings, any comments?
Did Heuer manufacture for Bulova?
Has anybody in this forum been aware of the existence of this Bulovautavias?
