David: Pardon me if I sounded harsh, not my intention, I am just trying to find the connection between those 2 watches.
My first impression when I opened the back of my watch was that some mechanism pieces where missing, upon closer inspection and mechanism test I realized it is complete, that is when I started searching for a similar movement in this pages by the way thanks for your answer, so far the only one, I do believe this forum is for everybody to learn new things.
There is no doubt in my mind this case was made by either Heuer or the same factory that manufactured for Heuer (If that was the case then) there is even a matching Heuer case reference number and serial, take a look at the hands, top push button, bezel, etc. I have looked everywhere and found no information on this model (In Bulova literature, all the Bulova markings are there so I do not believe this watch to be Franken).
Well, somebody eventually will come forward with information on the history of this variation (If I can call it that).
Thanks a lot for your information and I will keep searching for more information on the subject.
