Well I recently noticed that every time I needed to check out the time at night I seemed to be wearing a cool vintage chrono where the lume had gone or in the case of yesterday my Speedmaster that had stopped 20 minutes before i was due to go and pick up the kids. It was 4.30pm for about 20 minutes before I noticed.! lol!!.
It got me thinking about buying a 'NEW' watch! gasp!!!!
Well here it is Omega Speedmaster X - 33 Titanium.
It is a very cool watch and I like it a lot. The only down side/up side is that it is very light.
The Monaco pictured weighs in at 3 oz/90g where as the X33 weighs 4oz/110g all in.
It is a funny feeling wearing watch that i don't have to worry too much about as I can not feel it on my wrist. The braclet is very soft on the skin.
Am I weird or do others have any new quartz/hybrid pieces?
Regards
Alistair
