I just switched from one bank safe to another for insurance reasons... I had to take ALL my watches (many watches = 43 Kg in a hand lagguage case) and drove from one bank to another (about 100 km in-between)...when doing this trip I also had a stop at the gas station, had to pick up the christmas gift for my child and drove home at about 10 pm...waited till the moring and gave the stuff to my new bank
Sure we all know that nobody knows what we are carrying...but still its a strange feeling..isnt it?
Have you also made such an experince before with a lot of watches driving, shipping, flying from A-->B ?
Alex
PS: I dont mean the scary feeling having watches shipped by FEDEX et al ... I think we all could write a book (or books) from that: may be a "new" topic too...may be we really should write a book :-)
