Hello, I am quite a recent fan of Heuer but I do agree it is a wonderful idea.
Also October or later would be far enough in the future for most people to organize.
Possibly I'd suggest a Friday or even better a Saturday (if possible) for those coming from afar.
Just think of how nice it would be to meet, each one of us sporting his own vintage Heuer...
