Just looking for a bit of advice on this watch - bought last week for a good price from a (reputable) pawnbroker that was holding a closing down sale. It purports to be a 110.253B, and looking at the 1978 catalogue on Onthedash it seems to have the same case and face, but different hands. I've seen an identical one on Ebay (item number 130126033413) but that's the only completely identical one I've been able to find. I'm planning to have it serviced soon anyway which will presumably reveal all, but if anybody can tell me whether or not I can anticipate any nasty surprises, I'd appreciate it.
If it is dodgy, I should hopefully be able to get a refund as another branch of the pawnbroker in question is staying in business.
Thanks in advance.
