Cheers Jeff, sorry not sure how to embed the photo, however if you look at pic 8 from the ebay URL, you will see the engraving. Of interest the seller mis-interpreted the inscription, assuming there were 3 names on the back.

The date is significant in that the reformed Military Junter for the 'New czechoslovakia', was formed in this year. (welcome to the boys club present?) Any opposition to the new CCCP overlords where 'retired' quietly!!....what i have been unable to find is whether Martin Dzur received this watch, or if is was a gift from him. I have been unable to find any record of the GenMjr as of yet. However as you can see, it has very nicely been hand engraved. Bearing in mind that the watches dimensions are 38x42 (without crown).
