What Do Numbers on Back Tell Us??

Chuck (or others who may know):

Any ideas about all the numbers on the case-back? We have:

  • 134'703 [at the top]
  • No 1115 [in the middle]
  • 6625.10 [at the bottom]

I had assumed that this one was NOT military issue and was NOT limited edition, so why all the numbers? Or am I wrong about one of these assumptions?
