Matt - Jasper's on holiday for 3-4 weeks. Try that little known company LVMH (they own Tag Heuer). Send the watch to Worsley (Manchester) and they'll post it off to Switzerland for you. If they can do it they'll send you an estimate for the bits you want, if they can't or you don't want to go ahead it costs you the postage. I think it will cost you a service to get the pushers, but the watch could probably do with one anyway.
