This certainly looks like the real thing.
As I study the dial more, it looks as though it is either original (with the number "10" having been fixed after some sort of mishap) or a very well done refinishing.
So still hard for me to say whether 100% original Heuer or Heuer with refinished dial, but the movement looks right.
