2 winder looks replacement, would have smaller crown, pls compare with 3 reg chrono on the dash
3 pushers originally smaller
4 originally leather, steel avail on extra cost
5 eraly bezels are at least for me impossible to find...no refurb really possible maybe minor cosmetics
6 definetely a rare version, overhaul depends always on purchase expenses
