To me, it looks like someone has taken the hands from a CW2113 and replaced them on a standard black CS2110. Hard to be sure, but the dial looks to be black, not blue.
However, the rest of the watch is certainly genuine- box, case, etc.
If you are planning on bidding, I'd ask for some close-up photos of the dial in natural light- maybe that will tell you. If the dial really is blue, then there's a much better chance that maybe Tag did make a few blue ones, but a few years back I spent a lot of time looking for one of these, and have never seen anything other than the standard black.
