1.Viceroys (black dial, red tipped hands) (V) had a tachy bezel, do you know the cigarette promo add with the driver ?
2.If you have a look at the catalogs, you will find a 11063 V, similar dial but different case.
3.This would be a correct MH version, earlier pre viceroy dial and MH bezel.
