First off, I think that's a nice reduction.
The pusher looks about right - just measured one of mine on an 1153 and it is also just over 4mm in width (using a tape, no micrometer to hand) so the eBay one looks the right size too. Not sure about the internal fittings and I don't really want to start removing pushers to check! Could well be ok though, I don't think there's not a lot of variation in pusher function really.
I think it is a good choice to replace the pusher though - a minor thing, perhaps, but if it were my watch I think it would annoy me a little bit every time I looked at it, whereas I can live with case dings.
