Thanks for your research and for taking the time to write such a fulfilling answer.
I am still confused, especially about the 2 x triangle marking on the Cal. 12 case. Of cause there could have been a case - movement swapping but why should anybody do that.
But thanks to your forum posts I am now confused on a much higher level!
