Auction turned sour.. Part 2.

Some of you might remember my problem with ebayseller "thebalticman"?
Basically he refused to ship an orange dial 980.007 Heuer, that I won for in a straight auction deal.
After I paid for it,he claimed ebay technical problems had prevented other buyers from getting their bids registered, and asked for the transaction to be cancelled,so that he could relist it.

As neither him or ebay would or could offer any proof of the alleged technical problems,I naturally declined and gave him a chance to fulfill his contract.

As he still would'nt complete the transaction,I filed a non-performing seller case against him through the ebay resolution center.

Today,I started to investigate as I had gotten no word from ebay regarding my case, and to my great surprise I learned that he had actually relisted it..

Only this time as a private BuyitNow,which sold for 650$ within minutes after it was listed!

WTF??

I think this qualifies for an out of ebay transaction, and a blatant disregard for the "rules" of ebaytrading. Crap..

Cheers
