This could be good news, but it's difficult to know how much the team is really Lotus - the entry originates from Malaysia so I guess it has some link with Proton and the team will be based in Norfolk, though apparently not at Hethel. Mike Gascoyne is on board, though, so that has to be pretty good news for them.
