At least I have learned that "Heuer", in German, is translated as "This Year".

usually, a visit to the Babelfish website leaves me knowing what it must have been like at the Tower of Babel -- people speaking different languages and not being able to understand each other. typically, about half the words come back translated in some meaningful way; the other half are incomprehensible.
