I believe that all our other paintless guys have all been "Chronomatics", so yours tell us that Heuer had not solved the paint problem at the time that they moved from the Chronomatic to the Transitional execution of the Monaco. [Of course, we don't know how long it was before this problem (or maybe we should call it an "irregularlity" or "anomoly") surfaced; perhaps this was simply a bad paint lot, that degraded some years after the dials were produced.]
In any event, it looks great to me, and I also like the choice of the brown strap. Enjoy this one!!
