I was watching the watch you're referring to - it was set to go for a good price and was interesting at that, 110.255s are rarely seen, but was pulled with about a day to go and bids at under $200 and put back up with a Buy It Now price.
Both pushers and the crown aren't original, and the caseback should have the serial number on it as well as the reference number - the first two issues are sortable and would have been acceptable at the price bidding was likely heading towards but for me the BIN price isn't justified with what would need to be changed on the watch.
