Beautiful indeed, without a doubt the watch for me,then again when I see a neat Ducati or Bimota like the SB6R today my heart skips a tune.The Heuer's do the same thing for me,and for now that will suffice. Oh what a watch the 1158s is indeed.

: Memorial Day holiday here in the U.S. of A., so I finally found
: the opportunity to add a magnificent 18 karat gold Carrera
: (Reference 1158S) to OnTheDash.

: This is the first sample that we have seen of a second execution
: 1158 S, which has the earlier style hour recorder (3-6-9-12)
: with the later style hands and markers. As you might expect, it
: is powered by the Caliber 11 movement. Perhaps we could call it
: "transitional", as it bridges the early and later
: executions. Whatever we choose to call it, we know that it's a
: beautiful chronograph!!
