Deci scale: also for "Real" Heuers...
The deci scale is also pretty common for "real" Heuers - ie: stop watches.
The stop watches were Heuer's main product, the chronographs just a sideline, if we judge by production rates. I can't remember the precise ratio but it was something like stop watches outsold chronos by 10:1 or was it 100:1 ? (the quote from Jack Heuer about this is in Arno's book).
The deci stop watches which go from 0-100 in a minute are often referred to as for use in "time and motion studies" (much easier to add decimal times).
