I would back Charles on this one, this doesn't look right. The way the movement is signed is correct (though most were signed without the Heuer shield) but it looks badly executed. The dial style with antimagnetic below the hands, also seems incorrect. Personally I would avoid it unless the owner can come up with some proof of it's authenticity. It is, though, a nice looking watch with a good quality movement.
