In Response To: Is the wristwatch dead?? ()

I don't think people will ever go away from a watch, maybe it's a Nano style Apple watch and the kids of today collect them in 30 years time, but one way or another telling the time is a default need and all the phones and gadgets that do it...well it's not the same at all.

However i'm not sure anyone will be collecting and paying big money in the same way they do now for Rolex, Patek, Heuer etc in 30 years time, hope i'm wrong as it'd help the pension pot, but i think the 40-50 year olds then will be into other stuff and/or a different brand...
