Being my usual bombastic self I would walk into the dealer and state you have taken advice and it falls under XXX (items you quoted) and that you expect immediate action on their part, i would also say that you will be lodging a complaint with TAG Heuer's corporate headquarters.
Send an e-mail to TAG putting forth your grievance, then send a recorded delivery letter explaining in full all the discussion stating you are not impressed by this dealers treatment of you, send it to Customer relations you could probably find their address on the corporate website also copy the dealer
