You have an issue with one of 3 things. Either the teeth of the date disk are worn down (most likely), the date jump spring is worn
or the tooth on the cam which advances the wheel is worn (least likely).
Either way it is not a difficult fix. Anyone who knows Cal 12 movements will have in fixed quick.
Nic Greene as mentioned is a good guy for the job.
