as i stated, "after whatever their return policy is." also not all costco's are going to provide that level of service, i know i belong to the one here and trust me you'd be lucky at mine to get anyone to sit still and listen let alone give you a new one. maybe i need to switch to your friends costco, so my faith will be renewed.:) i'm not a costco hater/attacker, i just have had a very different experience from your friends.
