To have an MH bezel on a traditional "Viceroy" is, in my opinion, nothing special . . . it is a Viceroy with a different bezel. I like the Viceroys and have always had one in my collection. In some senses, these $88 watches put Heuer "on the map" for many enthusiasts.
On the other hand, the "true" Derek Bell (as shown below, from the Haslinger collection), with the earlier dial and hands, is much more rare (and, to most collectors, much more valuable).
Remember that there was (relatively) huge production of the Viceroys, usually with the Tachy bezel but sometimes with the MH bezel substituted. Whatever we call them, the earlier 1163 MHs were much more scarce. I would not call a standard "Viceroy" with an MH bezel a "Derek Bell".
